Some servers are smaller than others and don't need a lot of addons in packs, so I came up with this project you buy the basic Patrol pack and then get whatever add-ons you require. You can also at any point upgrade, and buy a addon as your server gets bigger.

As said you buy what you need for your department and only what your department needs if your department requires K9 or MBU vehicles you can get them but you may not need them so you can get them at a later date if you need them.
